Description
This model of The Walter 3000F Series Monocular Microscopes is equipped with rechargeable LED illumination and light intensity control. It comes with a monocular head, a 10X wide field eyepiece, 4X, 10X, 40XR and 100XR DIN achromatic objectives, coaxial focus controls, a built in mechanical stage that allows for precise movement of the slide, an Abbe condenser that provides greater resolution and contrast control, as well as an iris diaphragm. There are positive stops at both ends of stage travel to prevent damage to delicate specimen and optics. Immersion oil, rechargeable nickel metal hydride (NiMH) batteries, rechargeable adapter, dust cover and user manual are included. This microscope is suitable for students from grades 9–12.
