I had ordered a wooden one from elsewhere but when it arrived I thought it was too lightweight and did not spin very well. I decided to try this one. I was surprised because the delivery date was so much sooner than similar items so I called the seller & they actually answered the first time!! This came within the advertised time - maybe 3 days excluding the weekend. I was very impressed by the quality of the lazy susan and the copper looks perfect. I liked this one because the aging was already done and was very consistent. Some others that I saw had too many disclaimers about the patina of the natural copper. The spinning mechanism does make noise but the higher quality ones always do - the mechanisms of lesser quality might be quieter but they don't spin easily! I definitely recommend this item and the seller too!Do it! You won’t be disappointed. I LOVE this! Super heavy duty and has a nice “heft” as far as the way it’s built. It’s beautiful and I don’t think the pics really show it. I plan on many years of enjoyment from this piece. I saw some reviews complaining about the noise when spinning? There is a notice - meaning it’s not totally silent? But - neither is my household and so I’m not one bit deterred by this. I am just thrilled with it. (And I can’t say that about a lot of things I buy online.) Treat yourself. ??❤️When rotating it has a scraping sound that is very annoying.
