I reached out to the manufacturer of this part to confirm that it DOES INDEED FIT THE GM CHASSIS FOR 1990 AND 1991 BUICK PARK AVENUE AND BUICK ELECTRA models with cruise control. Some models that do not have cruise as an option can still use this part however -IF those models have the same plugin. You just wouldn't have anything to plug into the cruise cut-off side of the switch.There are several other vehicles that could use this part. Most of them are GM by make, but there are also a few Chrysler and Nissan models out there as well. If you have a GM B-body from the mid 80's to the early 90's this will most likely work. (Bonneville, Park Ave, Electra, Lumina)
